We had an amazing time staying in the Karakoy area. The hotel is located in a prime area, right next to a beautiful mosque and with a stunning view of the Bosphorus Sea. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable mattresses. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing a map and highlighting key areas and stations. The rooftop breakfast area offered fantastic views, especially at night. it was a great experience.

There was some construction work going on nearby, which could be a bit noisy at times.

The shower cabin was leaking, very noisy ventilation in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with just a 3-4 minute walk to the Tophane tram stop and a quick walk to the ports. We loved being in the hipster quarter of the area, with a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants just beside the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The breakfast served on the roof terrace had a beautiful view of the Bosporus, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff were the kindest, friendliest people in the world. Each person was a treasure. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic and served in a room with a panoramic view of the sea with all of the ferries and ships moving about. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the port where our cruise ship was docked and is a REAL value for the money spent. Great location with walking distance to all atrac.places, fantastic service from the staff, great cold/warm breakfast with seaview and roofterace with view and with coffee/tea/sweets with service for free all day. Very close to tram station. View from restaurant is magnificent. Personnel is friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier than scheduled and we were offered to have our luggage kept way after check out. The employees were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble The location is great -lots of food options literally around the corner and walking distance to the Spice Market if you enjoy walking. Extremely handy to the tram as well and the port for cruise ships that dock on the European side.

The hotel staff were excellent, speaking good English and being very accommodating. The location was very convenient, being near the tram station and close to many tourist attractions. The hotel service was comparable to a 5-star hotel.
